Teams Meeting not loading in Outlook (Classic)

If Teams Meeting is not loading in Outlook (Classic) when creating a meeting. Close Teams and Outlook and reopen so the Teams add-in loads.

If that doesn't work, make sure you have the add-in. File-Options-Add-ins
