Microsoft Authenticator

Step 1: Download the App

Install Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device using the link below:

⚠️ Important: This is different from the Cisco Duo app previously used.

Step 2: First-Time Setup

Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone.

When prompted, scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen.

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete setup.

Step 3: First Login

When signing in for the first time, Microsoft will send a push notification to the Authenticator app.

Open the app and enter the code shown on your computer screen to approve the login.
