ORD crashing when opening a file

If ORD is crashing when opening a file or you get a black dos screen saying something wont load. More than likely you have a corrupt user profile.

Fix:

1. Close ORD
2. Download  ORD Connect_User.bat 
3. Run ORD Connect_User.bat
4. Open ORD and let it rebuild the files

*What this does is cuts the files below and paste them in a backup folder on your desktop called Old_Connect_User
