How to create a New Ticket

*Log into your account from the top right corner.

  1. Select “New Ticket”
    1. Top right 
  2. “What can we help you with?”
    1. Select the category you're are needing help with. 
      1. Example: Hardware
  3. Fill in the required fields.
    1. Title
    2. What  can we help you with?
      1. This is a detail description of your issue.
    3. Type
      1. This will help narrow down the category of your issue.
  4. Optional
    1. Priority
    2. Attach files
  5. Select “Create Ticket”
