*Log into your account from the top right corner.
- Select “New Ticket”
- Top right
- “What can we help you with?”
- Select the category you're are needing help with.
- Example: Hardware
- Select the category you're are needing help with.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Title
- What can we help you with?
- This is a detail description of your issue.
- Type
- This will help narrow down the category of your issue.
- Optional
- Priority
- Attach files
- Select “Create Ticket”
